The Benefit Enrollment Packet is a group of documents that is designed to guide you through the enrollment process; it provides a detailed description of the Health Plan's benefits, instruction on how to add dependents, and information about how to complete other necessary steps.
Our hope is that this interactive, electronic version will make it even easier to obtain necessary information. The electronic version will allow you to click on links to navigate within the packet, making it easier to find relevant information. In addition, the electronic Benefit Enrollment Packet will also provide resources to help you understand your health insurance coverage and rights. It also includes outside links that you would otherwise have to access on your own (e.g., The Industry Health Network, ACA information sites, etcetera).
