Registration Steps

Obtain a Registration Code.
Your personal Registration Code is a one-time code, which will be used to identify you during the registration process. We use this code for enhanced security to safeguard participants’ information.
To obtain your personal Registration Code, contact us at (800) 227-7863. This code will be valid for a 30-minute period during your registration.

After clicking Activate Account in the previous step, a new browser page will open. This is where you will create your account password and a second form of authentication. Under the Password section, click Set up.

Take note of the password requirements. Enter your proposed password, re-enter the same password, and then click NEXT.

You will then be returned to the previous page to set up your second form of authentication. Under the Phone section, click Set up.

Enter a valid phone number that is capable of receiving SMS messages. This phone number will be used for your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) login. You will receive a text message on this number every time you sign in on MyPlans. This security precaution helps protect your personal data and is similar to what many banks and financial institutions use. Click RECEIVE A CODE VIA SMS.

After entering your valid phone number, you will receive a confirmation code. Enter this code here and click VERIFY.

Once this step is completed, click SIGN IN. You will be redirecting to the MyPlans homepage.

Select a security method to sign in. This is our Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) security step. Only one security method is necessary to sign in to MyPlans.
If Phone is selected, you will receive an SMS with a code to your valid phone number, which was registered in the previous steps. You will enter this code in the Sign In prompt and proceed in to MyPlans.
For more instructions, proceed to Step 16 of this guide.
If Email is selected, you will receive an email with a code and more instruction in your email, which was registered in the previous steps. You will be able to use your email two different ways to sign in to MyPlans.
- You will be given a link to sign directly in to MyPlans.
- You will also be given a code to enter in the Sign In prompt and proceed in to MyPlans

Setting up Your Verification Questions and PIN
When you have successfully signed in for the first time, you will be prompted to set up additional account security. This account security will come in the form of verification questions and a verification PIN. These additional security measures will be used to verify your identity when you call us directly with any personal questions you may have.
Do not share your Verification Questions or Verification PIN with anyone. They are very important in keeping your information safe and secure.

Navigating to Your EOBs
To access your Health Claims and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), go to MyPlans and Sign In.
After signing in, simply press the Health menu option on the left main navigation.
Once you are on the Health page, you will be able to see all of your EOBs. You will also be able to search through them, filter them, and view them all online.
Navigating to Your Documents
On the website, simply press the Documents menu option on the left main navigation.
Once you are on the Documents page, you will be able to see all of your personal documents. You will also be able to search through them, filter them, and view them all online.

Navigating to Your EOBs
To access your Health Claims and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), open the PWGA mobile application and Sign In.

Once you are on the Health page, you will be presented with a quick view of your accumulators. Press the Claims button at the bottom of the screen to view your EOBs.
Once you are on the Claims page, you will be able to see all of your EOBs. You will also be able to search through them, filter them, and view them all online.
Navigating to Your Documents
On our PWGA Mobile App, simply scroll the top navigation bar until you see the Documents menu item. Next, press this Documents menu option.
Once you are on the Documents main page, you will be presented with a quick view of your most recent documents. Press the Documents button at the bottom of the page.
Once you are on the Documents page, you will be able to see all of your personal documents. You will also be able to search through them, filter them, and view them all online.
