Article: I Section: 11

Section 11. Corporate Co-Trustee. The term "Corporate
Co-Trustee" as used herein shall mean the bank or trust company, if any, designated by the Trustees pursuant to the provisions hereof for the purpose of receiving, holding, investing and paying out all or any part of the monies and other assets of the Health Fund.
