The term “Employer Directors” as used herein shall mean
the Directors appointed by the Employers and shall include their alternates
and successors when acting as Employer Directors.
The term “Union Directors” as used herein shall mean the
Directors appointed by the Unions and shall include their alternates and successors
when acting as Union Directors.
The term “Directors” as used herein shall mean Employer
Directors and Union Directors collectively, and shall include their alternates
or successors when acting as Directors.
