Article I, Section 31

Section 31. Unions. The term “Union” or “Unions” as used herein shall mean either or both of the following Unions:

1. Writers Guild of America, west, Inc.
   
   
2. Writers Guild of America, East, Inc.

The term shall also include Screen Writers Guild, Inc. and Radio Writers Guild.
