Article I, Section 16
Section 16. Late Retirement Date. The term “Late Retirement
Date” as used herein, shall mean the first day of any month selected by the
Participant subsequent to his Normal Retirement Date, provided that he shall
have notified the Directors by filing a written application with the Directors
on or before the time specified by the Directors. Notwithstanding the foregoing,
the Late Retirement Date shall not be later than the Required Beginning Date.
